HomeOps is the digital binder your house never came with. Two minutes of setup produces a maintenance plan matched to your home's type, age, region and systems; from there it holds your appliances, manuals, receipts, warranties, projects and contractor history, reminds you before things are due, and answers questions using your home's own data.

Everything a house needs is documented somewhere — a drawer, an email, a photo of a serial number. So the water heater goes un-flushed for six years, the warranty expires two months before the failure, and at resale you reconstruct a decade from receipts you can't find.

A plan that knows your house
Onboarding asks about home type, location, year built, systems and skill level, then generates a recurring plan from it. A condo never gets gutter tasks; a cold-winter home with a gas tank heater gets winterization and an annual flush.
Scan the label, keep the asset
Point the camera at an appliance plate and brand, model and serial are pre-filled for confirmation — then the app offers that asset's maintenance tasks in one tap.
A vault that's searchable
Scan a paper receipt in four taps and find it later by a word printed on it. Manuals, permits, invoices and warranties all live with the asset they belong to.
Warranties that speak up
Expiration alerts at 90, 30 and 7 days by default, and an expiring-soon section on the dashboard — so the claim window closes after you've used it.
An assistant that's read your file
Ask what to maintain this month and the answer references your HVAC type, your overdue tasks and the current season. Anything touching electrical, gas or structural safety leads with calling a licensed professional.
Records you can hand over
Export a clean multi-page maintenance history as PDF for a buyer, an insurer or a warranty claim.
How it's built
Every feature except cloud AI chat works fully offline, and the scheduler keeps only the nearest reminders pending so nothing is silently dropped past the platform's limit. Label and document extraction fall back to manual entry on devices without on-device intelligence — no feature dead-ends.
Data Linked To You is limited to what an optional AI question contains. Your home records, documents and photos are stored on your device; assistant questions are the only content that can leave it, and the app is fully usable without ever asking one.
