Privacy Policy
Effective July 10, 2026 · Applies to all TQ Software Labs apps and to this website.
Our apps are built local-first. Your data lives on your device, we don't run servers that collect it, we don't sell or share it, and we don't use it for advertising. Where an app has any exception — like an optional AI feature — it's listed by name below. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
What applies to every app
- No accounts. None of our apps require sign-up, and we do not collect your name, email, or contacts.
- No tracking. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs that collect your entries, and we do not track you across apps or websites.
- Local storage. Your content is stored in the app's local database on your device. Where optional iCloud sync is offered, it runs through your own Apple account — we never see the data.
- Purchases. Subscriptions and purchases are processed by Apple. We receive anonymized transaction records, never your payment details.
- Export & delete. Every app offers data export and permanent deletion from its settings.
Per-app disclosures
Categories follow Apple's App Privacy labels. Final labels are declared in App Store Connect at submission.
Food logs, water, and body weight are stored only on your device. FuelUp has no account, no analytics, and no servers of ours. The optional “web search” action opens a standard web search for a food name you type — nothing about your profile, weight, or health is attached.
Frames are captured and developed entirely on your iPhone. There are no accounts and no analytics, and the rendering engine contains no networking — nothing you shoot leaves your device unless you share it yourself. Photo library access is used only to save the frames you keep.
Your home records — assets, documents, warranties, contractors — are stored on your device, and document text is extracted on-device. The one exception is the optional AI assistant: when you ask it a question, your question plus a compact summary of the relevant records is sent to our AI provider to generate the answer. Raw files are never transmitted, requests are not used for advertising, and everything else works fully offline.
Your controls
In each app's settings you can export your data (CSV, JSON or PDF depending on the app) and permanently delete it. Because there are no accounts and no servers holding your content, deleting in the app removes your data — there is nothing for us to delete on our end.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Our apps do not require any personal information to function.
Changes to this policy
If our data practices change, we will update this policy and its effective date, and surface a notice in the affected app for material changes.
