Terms of Service
Effective July 10, 2026 · Applies to all TQ Software Labs apps and to this website.
1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and TQ Software Labs (“TQ”, “we”) and govern your use of our iOS applications and this website. By downloading or using any of our apps, you accept these terms. Apps distributed through the Apple App Store are additionally subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement; where our terms are silent, Apple's standard EULA applies.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on Apple devices that you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the apps except where the law permits it despite this limitation.
3. Subscriptions & purchases
Some apps offer optional paid subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them any time in your device Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policies. We keep paywalls honest: pricing is shown before purchase, cancelling takes one tap, and your own data is never held behind a paywall.
4. Your content
Anything you create or store in our apps — logs, photos, notes, records — is yours. We claim no ownership of it. Because our apps are local-first, your content stays on your device (see our Privacy Policy for the details and the narrow exceptions).
5. Health & wellness disclaimer
FuelUp is a wellness tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, measure, or treat any condition, is not clinically validated, and its suggestions are not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before making changes to diet, exercise, or health routines — and if something feels wrong with your health, talk to a professional, not an app.
6. Home guidance disclaimer
HomeOps provides general home-maintenance guidance, not professional advice. For electrical, gas, structural, roofing, or other safety-sensitive work, hire a licensed professional. You are responsible for decisions you make about your property.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use our apps to violate any law, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt our services, or attempt to extract other users' data. AI-powered features may not be used to generate content that is unlawful or harmful.
8. Intellectual property
The apps, their design, artwork, and the TQ Software Labs name and logo are the property of TQ Software Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. These terms grant you no right to use our trademarks.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Our apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the apps will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TQ Software Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising from your use of the apps. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
You may stop using our apps at any time; deleting an app removes its local data from your device. We may terminate or suspend access to AI-powered or online features if you breach these terms.
12. Changes & governing law
We may update these terms as our apps evolve; material changes will be noted in the affected app or on this page with a new effective date. These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which TQ Software Labs is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
